We carried out essential server maintenance over the Easter break.

Please ensure the person who looks after the technical aspects of your school network receives the following instructions:

Firewalls

After the maintenance had been completed, you may need to update your school firewall settings to ensure access as follows:

New IP's Addresses to be added:
91.151.217.20 (Main site access)
91.151.217.22 (PlayLive access)

AutoLogin buttons

If you use our AutoLogins buttons on your computer desktops, you may also need to renew these, which you can do by logging in to the product at /uk/login and following the instructions.

If you’re still having loading issues after the update

If you’re still having loading issues after the update: e.g. unable to load year groups or activities etc., you will need to flush the Cache/Proxy servers.

Some school networks using Cache/Proxy servers may also need to clear the cache and history.
