Export Scores Feature
This feature collates raw data for all saved scores in EducationCity.com. It then filters by data and the teacher can then generate a custom spreadsheet download.
Features and benefits of Export Scores
Comprehensive: The spreadsheet captures a wide selection of data types
Flexible: The teacher can manipulate the spreadsheet data in lots of ways
Simple: It's quick and easy access to all data in one place
Targeted: You can filter the classes/pupils and date range as required
Unlimited: You have access to more data than before (no 500 score limit)
Accessible: The download file can be opened using any spreadsheet 
software.
The Export Scores feature can be accessed by going to the Teacher Features section of the Teacher Area. From this click on Success Tracker then Export Scores. Here, select either Classwork and/or Homework and a spreadsheet file will then open showing the data.
The Class Lists Loading Feature
This will enable schools to easily set up pupils and teachers on their account both when the account is new and at the start of a school year when new students join. Teachers will be able to load users from a spreadsheet instead of emailing class lists to us.

Easy to do: The feature is designed to guide the teacher through the process step by step
Time saving: It’s quick to do and there’s no waiting time
Peace of mind: Some schools don’t like sending pupil data over email for security reasons
Control: Schools can load users themselves, whenever they want.
The Class Lists Loading feature can be accessed through the User Management section in the Teacher Area. From here click on Bulk Load Users and read the Quick Help Instructions. You can then enter User Data by copying and pasting from a spreadsheet or by typing manually. The three mandatory fields are Class, Pupil First Name and Pupil Last Name and you can review User Data before uploading and saving to identify any errors.
