The talented bakers in the EducationCity office have been exceptionally busy in their kitchens all weekend for the EducationCity Easter Bake Off. We’re happy to report, that the results were exceptional!
Our Easter delights included Goats' Cheese Pizza Rolls, Raspberry Brownie Cheesecake and Shortbread, all of which looked and tasted phenomenal.
Judging commenced at 9am sharp yesterday morning when Carole Hughes, founder of Anna's Hope and mum of Anna, put each entry through its gastronomic paces. After much deliberation, the winner was declared to be Ellen Hartshorn, who was delighted that her magnificent Big Bunny Chocolate Cake beat off such stiff competition.

At the end of the day's feasting, the donations were counted and we’re delighted to confirm that £80.67 was raised overall for Anna's Hope!
