Introducing Wonde…
Wonde are our MIS integration partner, who already work with hundreds of schools across the UK. By using Wonde, you can connect your MIS data with EducationCity so any additions or changes you make to your student or teacher data in your MIS are automatically updated within EducationCity too – perfect!
Please note, by integrating with Wonde, you will receive lots of benefits and save time, but your current students will be deleted and any existing scores, Revision Journals and MyCities will be removed.
So What About GDPR?
Under the GDPR, schools have to understand their supplier processes to take control of their data. Wonde makes sure you are in control and have visibility of what data is being accessed by third parties, as approved by your school.
How Do I Integrate with Wonde?
If your school already uses Wonde…
Your school’s Admin user will need to log in and go to the ‘User Data’ tab in in Preferences. Simply click ‘Connect with Wonde’ there and you’ll recieve an email from Wonde to approve the connection – it’s free, easy and quick!*
If your school doesn’t use Wonde…
Click ‘Connect with Wonde’ and you’ll be given the option to book an integration with the Wonde team to get you up and running.
If your school doesn’t want to use Wonde, don’t worry. You don’t need to do anything and can manually upload your students directly to EducationCity as normal. If your school does decide to integrate with Wonde in the future, this can be set up at any time by your Admin user via Preferences.
