We’re feeling poetic and literary as tomorrow (3rd October) is National Poetry Day!
Stig had been working on a couplet – a poem where each verse is made up of two lines and the last word of each line rhymes – but he’s somehow lost the rhyming ends to his phrases.
Can you suggest what the endings should be?
Sten, our resident foodie, has had a go. How do you rate his attempt?
I made some soup the other day
And served some biscuits on tray
We baked some bread, and had some dinner,
And now I feel like quite a winner!
