We’ll be having some downtime soon to improve our service and make it even better for you and wanted to give you a heads up!
On Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th July 2016, we’ll be making some changes, which means EducationCity will not be available to use.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused in advance.
Technical Update
We also have a technical update too! It’d be a good idea to make sure your ICT Coordinator knows about this.
Alongside the improvements, some of our Domain Name System (DNS) records and IP addresses will change. Although you shouldn’t need to do anything to continue to access EducationCity, if you have any filtering based on IP addresses, you may need to make some small changes to your firewall or ‘content filtering rules’ after the upgrade to continue to access our service without any problems.
Here are the changes that are going to be made on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th July 2016:

If you believe that your Internet Service Provider may be filtering your traffic, we’d recommend calling them so they can plan to make any changes if needed in advance.
