The aim of the week was to celebrate all things related to numbers and letters and was a great time to help develop students’ mental maths and spelling skills whilst having a huge amount of fun along the way!
This year, we adopted a new format, which focused on key skills within maths and English for four or five days before the Challenge Day itself. This was Thursday 21st June for schools outside the UK and Friday 22nd June for schools based in the UK.
Who Won?
We’re super impressed with the results and can now reveal that our two top scoring schools in the UK are Beeston Hill St Luke’s C of E Primary School and The Divine Mercy RC Primary School. On the international front, our winners are GEMS Al Barsha National School and GEMS Founders School Dubai. The winning scores were amazing with 62 and 57 for PlayLive Maths and 190 and 73 for PlayLive English.
Our overall winners will be awarded with an extra special prize and our runners-up will receive EducationCity goodies.
