Raising Money for Rainbows

As you may well know, EducationCity supports Rainbows Children’s Hospice – it’s a fantastic charity based in Loughborough, Leicestershire, which looks after children and young people affected by life-limiting and life-threatening conditions.

Now and again, we have a large number of laptops and monitors that we no longer need. This forms part of our newest fundraising success!

The IT department here opens these up to the company to purchase and the money from them is donated to Rainbows. Here’s the best bit though, how much have we raised from doing this?

From doing this, we’ve managed to raise an extra £620 to add to our fundraising total!

This means that the new fundraising total for money raised for Rainbows Children’s Hospice stands at over £4,700 since January 2015.

This fantastic total will go towards all the great things Rainbows do.
