Spring Forward! It is British Summer Time

Hey Fan Club Buddies,

Did you remember to put your clocks and watches forward before you went to sleep on Saturday as the hour changed at 1am and went forward an hour!

We change our clocks twice a year and there is a rhyme to remember when to move the clock hands forward and back, “Spring Forward,Fall Back.” This means in the Spring the clock hand goes forward by one hour but in the Autumn time the hands on a clock go back by one hour.

Sten is wondering though, does that mean he loses one hour in bed or gets an hour extra in bed? Can you help him out Fan Club Buddies?
