Formative Reading Assessment Pack

This pack includes a paper-based version of our online Formative Reading Assessment for 6-7 year olds.

It includes a piece of text and 10 questions, which can be used as an assessment paper for students, as well as a separate answer sheet for teachers’ reference.

Children should be given 20 minutes to read and answer the questions.
